De buitenschoolse opvang was gesloten van 21 december 2021 tot en met 9 januari 2022. Ontving je tijdens deze periode kinderopvangtoeslag voor buitenschoolse opvang én heb je je eigen bijdrage doorbetaald? Dan heb je net als bij de 2 eerdere sluitingen recht op financiële compensatie.
De compensatie bestaat uit twee delen: de eigen bijdrage tot de maximum uurprijs van de kinderopvangtoeslag (via de overheid) en de eigen bijdrage boven de maximum uurprijs van de kinderopvangtoeslag (via Spring). Spring heeft al eerder het gedeelte boven de kinderopvangtoeslag voor deze periode gecompenseerd. Inmiddels is er meer bekend over de compensatie vanuit de overheid voor deze periode.
Uitbetaling tegemoetkoming ouders met kinderopvangtoeslag
De overheid vergoed via de Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB) de kosten voor de eigen bijdrage tot het maximum uurtarief van de kinderopvangtoeslag. Deze tegemoetkoming ontvang je medio juni 2022 automatisch van de Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB) op je rekening.
Het kan zijn dat je tijdens de eerste en/of tweede sluitingsperiode te weinig tegemoetkoming hebt gehad. Is dit bij jou het geval, dan ontvang je in juli automatisch een aanvullende tegemoetkoming van de SVB op je rekening.
Zodra de precieze betaaldata bekend zijn, leest je dit op de website van de SVB.
Ouders zonder kinderopvangtoeslag
Heb je gedurende de derde sluitingsperiode gebruik gemaakt van de buitenschoolse opvang en de eigen bijdrage doorbetaald en betaal je de rekening zelf? Dan val je onder de Tegemoetkomingsregeling Kinderopvang zonder overheidsvergoeding (TTKZO). Je kan bij de SVB een aanvraag indienen om in aanmerking te komen voor een tegemoetkoming.
Zodra de precieze datum om de aanvraag in te dienen bekend is, lees je dit op de website van de SVB.
Ouders die gebruikmaken van een gemeentelijke tegemoetkoming
Heb je gedurende de derde sluitingsperiode gebruik gemaakt van de buitenschoolse en de eigen bijdrage doorbetaald en ontvang je een tegemoetkoming via de gemeente of betaal je de rekening zelf? Dan kun je voor de tegemoetkoming terecht bij je gemeente.
Houd je gegevens bij de Belastingdienst/Toeslagen actueel
Is je persoonlijke of kinderopvangsituatie voor de jaren 2021 en 2022 gewijzigd? Geef dan je wijzigingen zo snel mogelijk maar uiterlijk 30 april 2022 door via Mijn toeslagen op de website van de Belastingdienst/Toeslagen. Dit is belangrijk want de tegemoetkomingen worden door de Belastingdienst/Toeslagen berekend op basis van de kinderopvangtoeslaggegevens die op 1 mei 2022 bekend zijn en die gaan over de sluitingsperiode. Dus zorg ervoor dat je je wijzigingen uiterlijk 30 april 2022 doorgeeft!

The after-school care was closed from December 21, 2021 to January 9, 2022. Did you receive childcare allowance (kinderopvangtoeslag) for out-of-school care during this period and did you continue to pay your own contribution? Then you are entitled to financial compensation, just like with the 2 previous closures.
The compensation consists of two parts: the personal contribution up to the maximum hourly price of the childcare allowance (via the government) and the personal contribution above the maximum hourly price of the childcare allowance (via Spring). Spring has already compensated the part above the childcare allowance for this period. More is now known about the compensation from the government for this period.
Payment of parental allowance with childcare allowance
The government reimburses the costs for the personal contribution up to the maximum hourly rate of the childcare allowance via the Social Insurance Bank (SVB). You will automatically receive this allowance from the Social Insurance Bank (SVB) on your account in mid-June 2022.
It is possible that you received too little compensation during the first and/or second closing period. If this is the case with you, you will automatically receive an additional allowance from the SVB on your account in July.
As soon as the exact payment dates are known, you will read this on the SVB website.
Parents without childcare allowance
Did you make use of after-school care during the third closing period and continue to pay the personal contribution and pay the bill yourself? Then you fall under the Childcare Allowance Scheme without Government Allowance (TTKZO). You can submit an application to the SVB to be eligible for an allowance.
As soon as the exact date to submit the application is known, you will read this on the website of the SVB.
Parents who make use of a municipal allowance
Did you make use of after-school care during the third closing period and continue to pay the personal contribution and do you receive an allowance from the municipality or do you pay the bill yourself? Then you can go to your municipality for the allowance.
Keep your details up to date with the Tax Authorities/Supplementary Benefits
Has your personal or childcare situation changed for the years 2021 and 2022? In that case, pass on your changes as soon as possible, but no later than 30 April 2022, via Mijn toeslagen on the website of the Tax Authorities/Supplementary Benefits. This is important because the allowances are calculated by the Tax Authorities/Allowances on the basis of the childcare allowance data that are known on 1 May 2022 and that relate to the closing period. So make sure to report your changes no later than April 30, 2022!
